Richard M. and Patty Dowden, Owners

Richard Dowden, a lifelong resident of the Maryville area, has been a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer since 1970. He is a graduate of Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science and has been at Price Funeral Home since 1971. As a Past President of the Missouri State Funeral Director's and Embalmer's Association, he also served as District Director for 6 years.

Patty Dowden, a lifelong resident of the Maryville area, is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University.

Richard and Patty are the parents of two children, Ryan Dowden and his wife Amy and Dana Bosley and her husband Rick. They also have 4 grandchildren.

Delores Heitman, Funeral Director

Delores Heitman, a lifelong Nodaway County resident, has been affiliated with Price Funeral Home since 1982. The mother of five children, she and her husband, Richard, live on a small farm in rural Maryville, Missouri. She serves Price Funeral Home as Office Manager, licensed Funeral Director, Pre Need Counselor and Bookkeeper.

Marlin Kinman, Funeral Director

Marlin Kinman, a retired educator in Nodaway County, who has been recognized for his excellence in education, has been with Price Funeral Home as a licensed Funeral Director since 2004. Marlin also serves the community as a church organist and vocalist and resides in Ravenwood, Missouri.

Janice Hainline, Housekeeper/Gardner

Janice, a native of Maryville, joined the staff in February, 2014, after 33 years of working at the Eveready Battery Company.  She is the mother of two grown daughters and a grandmother of four.
